Town Manager Paul Larino to Step Down
The Town of Montverde announces that Town Manager Paul Larino has submitted his resignation, with his last day in office scheduled for June 10. Mr. Larino will remain on the town payroll through September while he draws down accrued compensatory time.
Mr. Larino has served the Town of Montverde for several years, supporting daily operations and assisting the Town Council across a range of initiatives during his tenure.
At a special council meeting held on May 19, 2026, the Town Council voted to engage executive search firm Colin Baenziger & Associates at a cost of $32,500 to lead the recruitment of the next Town Manager. Residents are encouraged to follow the search and transition process through regular public meetings and updates posted to the town website.
